We used Energy ED in a series of seven town hall meetings across the heart of our Iowa service territory, at a time when a rate case and other important issues were pending. Energy ED involved 250 citizens and generated excellent newspaper and broadcast coverage. Most of all, it helped us engage in an intelligent and informed discussion on controversial, but critically important, issues that impact our customers and our company."
