Get Involved in ED’s Future

Although the student-tested Energy ED simulator has already been created, we know that teacher input will enhance its effectiveness. We are working with educators who would like to help shape curriculum and participate in a pilot program in Wisconsin and Iowa.

Directions
Before filling out the survey, you must view the 5-minute “Meet Energy ED” multimedia CD-ROM presentation. If you do not have a copy, please click here to have one sent to you free of charge. For best results, the presentation should be copied to your PC's hard drive. Windows users -- copy the contents of the folder called "Windows." Macintosh users, copy the folder called "Macintosh." To view the presentation launch the file called "Meet Energy ED." To quit the program, hit Control-Q (Windows) or Command-Q (Mac).

After reviewing the presentation, begin filling out the survey. Please note: Use the TAB key to move between fields. Be careful not to hit the ENTER key before you have completed the questionnaire or your form may not be properly processed.
